Available methods
The payment methods currently available to an order are displayed during checkout. Availability can vary by location, order value, currency and service-provider requirements.
Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected provider to process the transaction. An authorization or pending charge does not by itself mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.
Verification
Orders may be held for payment, billing or fraud-prevention review. Inaccurate billing details or an unsuccessful verification may delay or cancel fulfillment.
Pricing and refunds
Prices are displayed in the storefront currency unless stated otherwise. Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment channel and may take additional time to appear, depending on the provider.
Security
PEPLUS does not request full payment credentials by ordinary email. If you receive a suspicious payment message claiming to represent PEPLUS, contact [email protected] before acting.
